About me…
My Journey to the Digital World
Let me be honest... My professional life hasn't been easy. I lacked support and guidance, and for many years I worked in the hospitality industry to be financially independent. At the same time, I was always a restless spirit, exploring both spiritually and trying out various professional ventures.
Personal Development & Travel: An Iconic Combination
Alongside my work in hospitality, I once ventured into direct sales, working in a company where I built a network selling travel services (or at least I tried!) and traveled to personal development events for the company. It was one of the best experiences of my life as it taught me so much about the business world and people.
From a Caregiver to Virtual Customer Service
Later, I changed careers and started working as a caregiver in the United Kingdom. My experience in a country like the UK taught me a lot about care but also about the organization that runs a country like England. However, I never stopped evolving, attending seminars like administrative support, bookkeeping, and virtual assistance. I realized I was destined to conquer the digital world and offer my talents in this field. Eventually, I started working remotely in customer service, and it was the best experience I could have had, both in remote work and in understanding the mistakes a company can make that sabotage the team and the way they work.
My Journey to Becoming an OBM
So why am I telling you about my past work?
With a diverse background, my journey to becoming an Online Business Manager (OBM) was shaped when I began looking deeper into businesses. I started noticing deeper issues, the root causes, and always saw things holistically. I realized how the lack of organization and written guidelines sabotages businesses that want to run smoothly and grow. My path hasn't been linear, but every experience gave me a unique set of skills that empowers me to help business owners improve their operations and achieve long-lasting success. So I decided to combine all of this and became a Certified Online Business Manager by the global OBM organization of Online Business Managers.
Timing
In 2024, I earned my certification, and the timing couldn't have been better. With businesses shifting to remote and hybrid models, I saw the opportunity to combine my organizational experience with my passion for helping others. I knew I could support entrepreneurs by implementing systems, automations, and strategies that would help them thrive in the digital world.
